Dr. Brian Fiani is an Ivy League fellowship trained neurosurgeon specializing in complex & minimally invasive spine surgery, renowned for his expertise in the comprehensive management of spinal disorders. Education & Training:

A graduate of University of Michigan and Michigan State University, Dr. Brian Fiani is world-renowned for his expertise and skills. The Board-Certified Neurosurgeon completed spine surgery fellowship training in minimally-invasive and complex spinal surgery at Weill Cornell Medical Center, ranked by Newsweek as the No. 1 hospital for neurosurgery in the world. Dr. Fiani completed neurosurgery residency training at Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, California where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Fiani specializes in minimally invasive spinal surgery, making it possible to help patients by alleviating back pain and quickly returning to their active lives.

Dr. Fiani uses state-of-the-art robotic guidance and Neuronavigation technologies in the operating room. “I believe technology and innovation are important to improving patient care.”

Dr. Fiani has written more than 120 peer-reviewed publications, authored a leading textbook, and holds several medical-technology patents. He has been the invited speaker at many national and regional conferences for neurosurgery and serves on leadership committees for several international spine organizations.
